The right to dissolve any match without explanation
If a pairing isn't working, you end it from your portal. The mentee returns to the matching pool with no penalty to either side.

Monthly, quarterly, or flexible. SURGE provides structure so conversations start productively.
A 6-month cycle with a clear endpoint
At 6 months: renew, rotate to a new mentee, or step back. No open-ended obligation.
